Instructors Cindy Rose and Jess Miller will take you on a journey through the seven Chakras, identifying the locations of each one and the physical, emotional, and spiritual functions of each. They will introduce you to the crystals and essential oils that can be utilized to balance, align, open, and activate each Chakra!
Discover how to identify Chakra imbalances and help realign them through the use of crystal and gemstones. Experiment with laying stones on these centers and anointing these centers with oils for emotional and physical healing. Inhale balancing, intoxicating oils as we discuss individual essential oils and blends, which can positively impact the seven Chakras.
You will learn how to open and align Chakras during your day-to-day life by wearing gemstone jewelry; using essential oils on your body; carrying gemstones with you; placing gemstones throughout your home and office; diffusing oils in your home and office; bathing with essential oils; and meditating with crystals and essential oils.
About the Instructors: Cindy Rose, certified aromatherapist, offers 20 years experience as a professional aromatherapist. She has taught hundreds of classes and workshops and is owner of Lunar Rose Aromatherapy, formerly Aromatic Essentials. Cindy teaches college full time in the fields of humanities, art history, and mythology.
Jessica Miller has been communicating with the stones and their energies since a young child. She is a healer and reader. Her affinity for the gemstones and crystals has led her on a journey of self discovery and increased awareness. One of her primary goals is to help others through the use of crystals and healing with them. She has worked at Heaven & Nature Store for a year and is a Reiki Level II healer and tarot reader.

Crystal Alignment

Learn how to use crystal/gemstone grids to help align and energize the body. Instructor Jess Miller will discus the benefits of using grids and will explain which stones harmonize well with others in layouts. She will talk about activating the multiple stone energies to act as one for the different grids she will be showing. She will also discuss the difference between wearing gemstone jewelry and certain metals on the body and how it affects the energetic body. You will also learn how to meditate with a stone grid as well as how the energies activate your bodies’ subtle energy shifts on different levels of your being. Handouts included.
